Terms of Service & License Agreement

The rules, rights, and guidelines for using Fuwatale's digital assets.

Welcome to fuwatale.com. These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website and the digital products (“Assets”), specifically our 3D icon packs, including the PNG images and the Blender (.blend) source files they contain, available for purchase.

By purchasing, downloading, or using our Assets, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, Fuwatale grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the downloaded 3D icons and their Blender source files for both personal and commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined below.

  • You are permitted to:

  • Use the Assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects, such as websites, mobile applications, presentations, videos, and social media.

    Use the 3D icons in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

  • Modify, edit, and combine the Assets with other works to fit your project's needs.

    Use the 3D icons in client work (freelance or agency).

  • Use the Assets for client projects, provided the end product does not allow the original Asset files to be easily extracted. You may also share the Blender files with that client for use on that project only.

    Use them in paid products such as templates, UI kits, UI themes, pitch decks, etc., as long as the 3D icons are not the main selling point.

  • Create new renders from the Blender files, such as new angles, colours, lighting, or animations. Renders you create are covered by this license on the same terms as the Assets.

  • Use the 3D models inside games, apps, and augmented or virtual reality experiences, provided the models are built into the finished product and are not offered as separate, downloadable files.

  • Use the Assets and your renders on printed products and merchandise, and 3D print the models, provided the Assets are not the primary value driver of the product.

2. License Restrictions

This license does not grant you the right to distribute the raw files, including the PNG images, Blender files, and 3D models.

  • You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling or Redistributing: You may not sell, share, transfer, or distribute the original 3D icon files, Blender files, or 3D models (or modified versions of them as standalone files) on any marketplace, stock platform, 3D asset store, or website. This includes selling renders you create as standalone images or icon sets.

    Use the 3D icons in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

  • Open Source / Templates (as the main selling point): You may not include the raw or source files of the Assets, including Blender files and 3D models, in any downloadable templates (e.g., website templates, UI kits, presentation templates) where the user can extract the icons. You can only use it for supporting assets to level up your project.

    Use the 3D icons in client work (freelance or agency).

  • Claiming Ownership: You may not claim the Assets, or renders you create from them, as your own original creation, even if you have modified them. All intellectual property rights remain with Fuwatale.

    Use them in paid products such as templates, UI kits, UI themes, pitch decks, etc., as long as the 3D icons are not the main selling point.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • Processing: All payments are processed securely through our authorized merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

    Use the 3D icons in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

  • Refund Policy: You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, refunds within this window are 50% of what you paid, on individual packs and on the All-Access Pass. After 14 days, all sales are final. If you have a technical problem with the files, or you did not receive your download link, contact us and we will put it right at no charge. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on fuwatale.com, including the 3D icons, website design, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Fuwatale and is protected by international copyright laws. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the Assets, but it does not transfer copyright ownership to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Fuwatale be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or damages for loss of profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the Assets.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or Assets after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
